Building organisational capability in risk management

Catalyst managed the design and delivery of a CEO sponsored strategic
program, to build organisational capability in risk management. Key to this
success was designing an approach which could deliver a company wide
initiative, owned by all the business units, in a strongly siloed
organisation.
Implementation of new processes, systems and behaviours
(Change Management for a retail bank)
Catalyst led the change management of a program of work within the Bank’s
major transformation program. We were responsible for stakeholder
management, impact and readiness assessments; communications; training; job,
team and organisation design and process management. The level of
engagement, commitment and capability increased significantly during the
program and the program benefits were realised.
Implementation of an organisation restructure
(Change Management for a telecommunications organisation)
Catalyst provided advice and hands-on support to help the company through
the transition of a large organisational restructure. We were responsible
for designing the transition process, facilitating workshops and advising on
communications.
Change readiness assessment
(Change management for a financial services organisation)
Responsible for designing and carrying out a change readiness assessment.
This focussed on the skills and attitudes of a large team prior to the
introduction of new technology.
Head of Training and Change Management
(Change Management for a retail bank)
Catalyst led the Training and Change Management stream for the organisation
wide, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program. In this role we were
responsible for developing the learning and change strategies as well as the
development and delivery all training and change interventions.
