These tools are used to facilitate an understanding of style and preferences in a work situation. They do not seek to label individuals. Catalyst places great emphasis on the ethical use of the tools and the information they provide.  Catalyst facilitators have undergone rigorous accreditation to be able to use the tools. 

Team Management Systems (TMS) TM

TMS was researched and developed in Australia by Australians. It is used in more than 100 countries.

TMS provides a range of tools to help individuals and teams understand each other better and improve performance. These profiles help by identifying

  •  Individual and team work preferences and communication styles

  •  Preferences for specific types of work 

  •  A measure of people and task management skills

  •  A measure of team performance

  •  A measure of how much a team is focussed on opportunities as opposed to obstacles

  •  The values that underpin the people and the task.

DiSC Dimensions of Behaviour  TM

DiSC is based on Australian data and has a range of tools aimed at specific areas. The tools include

  •  A plan to understand yourself and others

  •  An approach to understanding and developing effective leaders
